Every player is equipped with a shield and a pistol. When the game starts a ball is set into motion. The goal of the game is to get the ball behind your opponent and thus score a point, much like a classic game of Pong.
To make the game harder there are power-ups and power-downs. These spawn as semi-transparent boxes in the middle of the court. The boxes contain things such as extra bullets for your gun, automatic shield increase or decrease, or bullet showers hitting either yourself or your opponent.
If you get hit by a bullet your shield will shrink one size. There are also blue lasers randomly spawning that you need to avoid in order to not get your shield shrunken.
A match is played to 7 points.
The game can be played as single-player versus an AI, as a two- or four-player game and even as a three-player game with diagonal walls.
